Application
Sheet-Fed Offset Cold foil applications by UV adhesive,High operating speed over 10,000 sheets/hr, up to 18,000 are possible. Fine definition with easy release, Suitable for fine line and halftone effects,Suitable for large area transferring, High gloss,Good over printability with most conventional and some UV inks (previous tests recommended).
Substrates
A wide range of coated paper/ folding carton and plastic materials (PE, PP, PET), or other substrates with non-absorbent surfaces. Applicable on the offset presses with cold foil module
Stamping Condition
Carefully test the appropriate adhesive for your particular job, Adjust the adhesive lay-down to suit the substrates. Optimized adhesive application level: 1.5 ~4 g/m² dependent on the substrates
