Stamping Condition
Wheel die with temperature : 140 ~ 160℃
Stamping dwell time : 7~ 10sec.
Stamping Pressure : 2~ 4 kg/cm2
Roll on stamping machines:
Temperature: 145~ 170℃
Glue quantity:24 ~ 45 mesh/cm2
Stamping speed :30 ~ 40 rpm
Nip roller pressure :4 ~ 7 kg/cm2
